Located in the heart of Shaw DC, an afternoon of new takes on an old favorite. Four different presentations of tartares and each with its own individual drink pairing from traditional wine pairing to cocktail and non-alcoholic options as well.
Wander from station to station trying your new favorites as well as some of our reimagined bar bites. Expect ultra-fresh meat and fish prepared raw with inventive and classic seasonings, amplified by perfectly complimentary drink pairings.
