First you will tour the regenerative ranch, where you'll witness firsthand the healthy and holistic living for the animals and land alike.

Next you will be immersed in a culinary journey while hearing from our ranchers and chefs, gaining insights into the journey of each ingredient from soil to plate. There will be refreshments provided by Flavor Lab and some delicious wine from the local terrier.

Chef Amanda
Amanda Deguia, a San Diego native with 13 years of culinary expertise, is the Owner and Chef of her own boutique catering company. Her culinary passion, ignited by cooking shows and her grandmother's teachings, led her through various San Diego's finest restaurants after culinary school. Amanda's journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a unique vision: to provide high-end, quality food experiences with a blend of class and down-to-earth energy. Her mastery of multiple restaurant roles and commitment to culinary creativity have positioned her company as a distinctive presence in the San Diego catering scene, offering one-of-a-kind dining experiences that reflect her personal touch and professional excellence.
