Young and Ambitious is a platform where network meets community with the aim of encouraging and sharing ideas.

Join our second physical sit down with the founder of Fitness Factory, Anisha Karolia, where her passion for fitness and movement drives her commitment to giving everyone a chance to transform their life.

Fitness Factory was established in 2010 originally as a woman only gym and later expanding to a gym for both men and women. Anisha rebuilt her gym after a devastating fire in March 2020, the decision was made to move to a bigger and better premises, offering the community with high quality equipment and a friendly environment.

Anisha started as a fitness trainer 15 years ago, teaching women’s classes to begin with in local community centres, to where she has always been guided by her passion and love for fitness and working with people.

Anisha loves fitness and the feeling you get after a great workout, that is why she set up Fitness Factory, as she wanted to create a gym that has a friendly atmosphere, where anybody are welcome to train.
