*Parking is validated at the Hyatt Centric hotel. (corner of Kuhio and Seaside Ave.)Just bring your parking ticket and they will validate upon payment. Good for 4hrs.

Who is the executive chef Nae Ogawa?
Born in Tokyo in 1992. After graduating from culinary school, gained experience at "NARISAWA" and honed skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and Paris. Moved to Hawaii in 2018 and became involved with the opening of "NATURE WAIKIKI" in 2022, where she currently works. Received the Hale Aina Award, one of Hawaii's most prestigious awards, in both 2022 and 2023. Also selected as a semifinalist for the James Beard Awards 2024 in the Northwest Pacific region, known as the Oscars of the culinary world.
She creates dishes that proactively contribute to the bettering of this planet and––Hawaii in particular––with the goal of convincing her audience to do the same. “I have a deep respect for the native community and hope they feel that the respect for Hawaii and its people are conveyed in my dishes.”
