- Working with the Residence Nil Rate Band
- Post-death variations and means-tested benefits
- Residuary beneficiary’s ability to challenge solicitor’s costs

Level of expertise:
Delegates should have a working understanding of Private Client matters.
After this session attendees will be aware of recent changes to the law that affect private client practice, and use this knowledge to effectively help a client's needs.

This face-to-face training course consists of an interactive presentation and digital lecture notes to refer to prior, during, and after the event.

Arrival at 12pm for lunch, the masterclass begins at 12:30pm and ends at 4:30pm.
