in your body, your breath, and your own quiet energy.
What to expect:
- time beforehand to choose an oracle card, anoint with ceremonial oil, and settle into the space
- a safe, warm, heart-centred environment in the middle of the stunning Karangahake Gorge
- a gentle collective humming practice to help you arrive - this isn't about “sounding right,” but feeling vibration and connection within your body
- time to relax and lie back to receive a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short guided meditation
- a grounding soundscape from instruments such as chakapa, buffalo drum, native flute, nature sounds, gong, metal bowls, chimes, shruti box, and a little of my voice
- a healthy treat at the end to support your return to the outer world
