The chefs at NICHE are joining forces with sommelier Nelson Escalante, guitarist Charlie Wilks and Xclusive Events to bring you an evening you will not forget, all taking place at Wichita’s premier downtown rooftop event venue, Henry’s Place.
Dinner will include 3-courses with wine pairing, plus an amuse-bouche and dessert - Menu will be announced soon!
VIP Experience: Add a little fire to this magical evening with the VIP reception in the Cargill Culinary Theatre. This exclusive experience features a flambé demonstration and tasting by NICHE Director Chef John Michael, paired with a glass of sparkling wine. Whichever experience you choose, it will be an evening to remember.

• General Admission ticket holders: A 3-course dinner and wine paring by NICHE with wines selected by Sommelier Nelson A. Escalante, plus an amuse-bouche and dessert, and live music by Charlie Wilks. Cash bar available from our event partner, Xclusive Events.
• VIP Experience ticket holders: Enjoy all the above PLUS an exclusive pre-dinner flambé demonstration and tasting with Chef John Michael and a glass of bubbly.
