Tickets for A Night Under The Stars Dinner & Auction are available online through the link provided below. The cost per ticket is $50. Tickets include your admission, dinner, and 1st drink ticket for the evening.

The Event Schedule is as follows:
DOORS OPEN at 4:30 PM
The evening begins early at 4:30 PM for attendees to check in and receive their bidding number card. Tables for the Silent Auction will open for viewing and bidding in the Guild Room. The Silent Auction will be open for two hours and will conclude at 6:30 PM when all bids will close.
From 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM, during the Silent Auction, the bar will be open in the parish hall, with non-alcoholic beverages also available. There is a suggested donation for alcoholic drinks of $5, with flavored waters with a suggested donation of $1. Simply tell the bartender your donation amount and bidding number. No cash is required.
Hors d'oeuvres will be offered by wait staff near the Silent Auction and bar. During this time, attendees can purchase bead necklaces for participation in in a 50/50 game in which the winner will be awarded half of the money raised in the game, while the remaining half goes to Trinity.
DINNER & LIVE AUCTION at 6:30 PM
At 6:30 PM, the Silent Auction will close, and after a blessing provided by Pastor Rachel, dinner will be served by the evening's Dining Teams. As dinner is cleared, tables will have the opportunity to collect funds at each table for securing a place in the Dessert Dash to claim an extraordinary dessert for their table members.
LIVE AUCTION at 7:15 PM
Treasurer Jarman Minar (serving as M.C.) and Pastor Rachel will host the live auction.
If you would like to become a financial donor or sponsor you can also find these on the auction website. We have three sponsorships available this year:
• Live Auction Sponsorships are available for $350 this will give your business/name recognition during the live auction.
• Silent auction sponsorships are available at $150 and will give your business/name recognition during the silent auction on all of our printed materials.
• Website sponsorships are available for $150 and this will give your business/name recognition on all pages of our auction website.
All purchases this year will be made via credit/debit card to make the night run smoothly. If you purchase your ticket via check or cash you will receive an email afterward giving you online access to register a preferred credit/debit card. Dress: Dress for the evening is formal attire or glamorous in nature (whatever that is for you!), in keeping with the theme of the evening, A Night Under The Stars.
Parking: Parking is available in the Trinity Church parking lot, one house down from the church on the east side of Hoyt Ave. There is also street parking in the area. There are two spaces for handicap parking in front of the church on Hoyt Ave, where a ramp is also available for entry.
Child Care: Child care will be available for children four years old and younger in Trinity's professionally-staffed nursery at no cost to event attendees. All children must be checked in and registered with the nursery attendant. Childcare will be available beginning at 5:00pm until 8:30pm.
