It's time to start planning this year's Oscars Watch party. Event is sponsored by Tara McShane- Country Financial & Lance Weinard- The Vibe Group with Soldera Properties. Please RSVP so that I know how many people plan to be there. This is for food and space limitations.
This year I'm going to limit it to 6 table/category sponsors due to space, so if you would like to sponsor a category please reach out. If you've never been to the event and don't know what this entails, it's an opportunity for your business to have a small booth/advertise and in exchange you provide the prize for the winner of that category.
We have lots of space for Swag bag donors. This can be swag from your company for branding or a personal donatio so if you would like to donate swag for the event let me know. There are at least 100 bags given out at the event upon check in so be prepared to donate 100. There is plenty of time to get your swag ordered for this event.
There will be a no host bar and I will be providing heavy appetizers. CJ's will also offer a limited menu for guest to order additional food.
Dress- Red Carpet worthy dress. Gowns, Cocktail dresses, Suits, Tuxedos are all appropriate.
As usual we will be giving you tickets at the door after you sign in so that you can participate in voting for the winners. The 1st hour is so you can visit each sponsor and vote for who you think will win each category. At the end of the Oscars... stick around because each sponsor will draw a ticket out of the box from the winner of their category to win a prize.
1st hundred guests get a swag bag.
Parking is limited so please carpool or Uber in if you can.
