A night of WICKED at The Bijou - An Enchanting Evening of Broadway Magic, Movie Fun, and More!
Get ready for a spellbinding evening at The Bijou Theatre, a one-of-a-kind celebration of one of Broadway’s most beloved musicals! On Saturday, October 4th @ 6pm you will experience the magic of Wicked like never before - live, on screen, and all around the theatre!
The night will start featuring live musical performances and an exclusive Q&A session with Broadway stars Kristy Cates and Stacie Morgain Lewis - both celebrated cast members from the hit Broadway production of Wicked.
Fans will also enjoy character photo ops to capture the moment in true Oz style presented by Your Premium Princess.
Following the live portion of the event, you are invited to a special screening of the 2024 movie Wicked - with a sing-a-long encouraged for those ready to belt out the show’s unforgettable songs!
To keep the fun going, the evening will also include:

Kristy Cates was honored to make her Broadway debut in the original Broadway cast of Wicked as understudy to Idina Menzel. She then went on to play Elphaba on the first national tour and in the Chicago production of Wicked. She has also been seen on Broadway in Finding Neverland as Ms Bassett and most recently in the original cast of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Grandma Josephine. Off-Broadway; The Marvelous Wonderettes (Missy), Fifty Million Frenchmen (Violet Hildegarde), Jerry Springer the Opera at Carnegie Hall, The Bardy Bunch (Shirley Partridge). Favorite select regional roles include Irene Malloy in Hello, Dolly, Mother in Ragtime, Betty Blake in Will Rogers Follies, Fraulien Kost in Cabaret and Gloria in Boeing Boeing.
Kristy Cates is the Chair of the College of Performing Arts at the New York Film Academy and is honored to be a founding member of the Musical Theatre program dating back to 2009. She holds a BFA from the University of Cincinnati – College Conservatory of Music where she was honored as the Young Alumni of the year in 2019 for her work as both an actress and an educator. Kristy is a professional voiceover artist for tv and radio commercials and has been heard on ads for Subway, Almay, Skyrizi, Chase Bank and many others. She has been honored to both perform and teach all over the world with concerts in Paris and Budapest and masterclasses in Rio and London. In 2023, Kristy presented her solo show, Check Your Playbill, at the prestigious 54 Below in NYC to a packed house. She resides in Manhattan with her 10-year-old daughter Gracie, Stanley the cat and Dorothy the dog.
Stacie Morgain Lewis is an actress, singer, songwriter, teacher and mom to Vivian and Willa. She played Glinda opposite the incredible Kristy Cates in the Chicago production of Wicked. She co-wrote the children’s album Harmonize with Ben Cohn (the conductor/musical director of Dear Evan Hansen and Death Becomes Her) and then went on to create Harmonize Kidz, an arts enrichment program that uses her music to teach
social-emotional learning to elementary students. The curriculum has been
implemented in school systems throughout the tri-state area. Stacie has performed countless concerts in and out of schools, and in partnerships with organizations such as Sandy Hook Promise (supported by Senator Chris Murphy), Melissa and Doug, Bank Street School for Children and the
