It’s time to bring some live standup comedy for the first time EVER to The Apollo Civic Theatre in Downtown Martinsburg, WV! The Apollo Theatre has been serving the community as a focal point for entertainment throughout the area since 1914. Now, on Saturday March 8th, The Apollo will be teaming up with Black & White Comedy Productions to present their first ever LIVE Standup Comedy Showcase in over 100 years!
Join us for this historical event while experiencing a once in a lifetime night of laughter with legendary standup comedian Tony Woods! 🤩
Tony is an American comedy writer and stand-up comedian known for being a mentor to Dave Chapelle & others, and was an original member of Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam. He has been seen countlessly on Comedy Central, a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience several times and has been regularly seen doing his show at the DC Improv, Tony Woods & Friends, as well as touring the country and globe doing what he does best!
-Doors open at 7:00PM, and seating is first come first serve! Snag those seats quick because the laughter starts at 8 o’clock sharp! 🍿🎙️💥
