A Night of MischiefOctober 30th | 6:15-7:45pm
Set in a room of darkness, this theme invites you to explore the depths of your practice while embracing the spirit of mischief and adventure. Step out of your comfort zones, embrace your sense of adventure, find some playfulness and dive deep into the transformative power of a 90 min yoga class under the enchanting spell of October 30th’s: Mischief Night AKA Devil’s Night.
This class will strive to tap into all your senses; sparking a curiosity that can lead to shifts and/or change. Bring your inner child behavior so you can show up with a “light-hearted” attitude which will allow you to try “out of the box” choices, take some risks and maybe break some rules.
*Use your current class pass or purchase a drop in!
Any cancelations must be made 24hrs PRIOR to the start of class or students will be charged a $10 cancelation fee.
