Houston Choral Society is known for its versatility and performances of various musical genres. We are thrilled to present our first ever jazz concert this season and to spotlight local talent! A Night of Jazz will feature the work Images, by Houstonian Rob Landes. The program will also include familiar “standards” and songs by Bob Chilcott, Will Todd, and more. Enjoy these swinging sounds of harmony, syncopation, and scat, in collaboration with a jazz trio! Bonus: this program will also feature the world premiere of the choral compositions by our two winning composers!
