Discussion will be followed by a live chant and meditation led by Grier. After the chant and meditation concludes, tea and treats will be offered with time for Q&A and shares of your experience.
This workshop is for new and experienced meditators and anyone who enjoys chanting or would like to experience the power of participating in a live chant in a supportive environment.

Grier Cooper has been teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for more than 25 years. She completed Yoga Teacher Training with Sarah Powers at Yogaworks, Mill Valley, CA in 1999 and has taught and mentored women and girls of all ages from 3 to 83, guiding them to discover their deepest peace and power. Her work has been published in Thrive Global, Conscious Dancer, and Education.com. Grier and her husband recently relocated to Venice, and are thrilled to be a part of this vibrant community.
