About this Event

Enjoy a sommelier-guided Wine & French Dessert Pairing Experience, led by Wine Educator Missa Capozzo of Wine Down Events. Join us for a night in France: an evening of indulgence and education as Missa expertly pairs 5 Broken Creek Vineyard wines with a variety of French desserts created by Ivy's Macs & More. Throughout the event, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing while savoring incredible flavors and fine wines.

Dessert menu includes:
- French macarons
- Madeleines
- Chocolate Sablé Breton cookies
- Chouquettes
- Dark chocolate truffles

This is a 21+ event. Class starts promptly at 6:00. Doors open at 5:30 if you'd like to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine or wine slushee before class begins.
