A Night for Paws: 2025 Boot Scootin' Bingo BenefitGet ready for a knee-slappin' good time at our Boot Scootin' Bingo Benefit! We're hosting a night of games, fun, prizes, and classic country tunes to raise funds for the sweet animals at the shelter. Your participation helps provide care for the homeless animals at the Columbia County Animal Protection (CCAPS) Shelter.
The Details:
• When: Saturday, November 22, 2025
• Cost: Your $25 entry fee covers all 10 games
• Doors Open: 4:00 p.m.
• Bingo Starts: 5:00 p.m.
• Where: Union Street Station, 406 W. Union Street, Magnolia. This is also the location of KZHE Radio Station and you can listen to KZHE at 100.5 FM on your Radio Dial , or KZHE.com and click the Listen LIVE tab.
• Become a Game Sponsor: For just $100, you can become a Game Sponsor and help make a massive difference for the animals! $200 is a Double-Game Sponsor! We'll shout out your business on KZHE 100.5 FM Live Shelter Talks, give you a special thank you post on the CCAPS Facebook and Event pages, and feature your name on our Bingo Event slideshow. • Donate A Prize for the Cause: by Dropping of Prize and your Information to: Clistie Utley at the CCAPS Warehouse, 1812 S. Jackson, Magnolia, AR. Your Business or Organization will be thanked on CCAPS Social Media and Event Slideshow. CCAPS is a 501c3 Nonprofit.
Event Highlights:
• Bingo Games: Your $25 entry fee covers all 10 games. All Game Winners receive a $100 Cash Prize and the Final Game of Blackout will have an extra prize!
• 50/50 Tickets for a Big Impact: Tickets are $1 each or 25 for $20, with all proceeds going directly to the shelter pets. Someone will win ½ the pot and the CCAPS animals get the other ½!
• Concessions for a Cause: Grab some delicious snacks and drinks to keep you energized for all the bingo action. These concessions help cover the cost of the event!
• Bingo Ink Daubers: We will provide Ink Daubers for Sale so you can quickly daub your Bingo Card. There will be several colors available until they sell out.
• Sale of Shirts That Save Lives: Any profit from the sale of the shirts goes to the care of the care of the CCAPS homeless animals.
• Reserved Tables: Want to wrangle your whole herd? Reserve a table for your group:
o Up to 10 people: $20 donation via CCAPS PayPal.
o 11+ people: $40 donation via CCAPS PayPal.
o Go to paypal.me/ccapsshelter or drop your check off to Clistie Utley at 1812 S. Jackson, Magnolia. Please include your phone number in paypal or with Clistie.
• Prize Drawings Just For Fun! You can Win a Prize just for showing up and supporting the Animals!
• At The Event: Bring Dog/Cat Food, Treats, or Any Shelter Supplies such as Bottled Water, Fans, Heaters, Etc., and Receive One Free Blackout Card. **All Other Blackout Cards are $15 Each.
