Join us for a transformative mind-body-soul experience designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and deeply renewed. This special workshop begins with an energizing Pilates flow led by guest instructor Madison Sha, building strength and alignment. From there, we’ll move into a Values exercise guided by Jessica Lauren, helping you connect with what matters most and create clarity for your path ahead. Next, open your heart with energy healing led by Sydney, one of Megan’s Yoga Tribe’s beloved instructors, before closing with a restorative sound bath to soothe your nervous system and bring balance to your whole being.
This workshop is the perfect blend of movement, reflection, and healing—an invitation to reset, realign, and return to yourself.
*Instructors Madi and Sydney both have instructed hundreds of classes and have a special way of connection to those around them.
