Becoming Refuge is a 4-day immersive retreat for those who are a refuge for others—caregivers, leaders, and people in high-responsibility roles who are relied upon for steadiness, support, and care. In this retreat, we turn that same care inward. Together, we’ll explore what it means to create a refuge within yourself—not just for the benefit of those you serve, but for your own restoration, clarity, and wellbeing.
