This is a moment to find compassion. Amid many changes to our world and our bodies, can we fill our souls with compassion? Can we learn new ways to regroup and recharge? Can we support our brains and hearts to respond from a place of groundedness? Can we build peace in our communities?
Mindfulness and Compassion teachers Victoria Brattini and Maya Dunne, will facilitate space for learning, movement and reflection, with support from teachers Beth Summerl and Dr. Michele McCormick.
Time: Arrival and registration 11:30 - Retreat start 12 pm - Retreat end 5 pm
Registration: $70 (includes light lunch)

About Victoria Brattini:
Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported skill development program for cultivating self compassion in our daily life. It was developed from the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer, Ph.D. Victoria received her training directly from founders Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff along with Steve Hickman and Michelle Becker. She has the honor and privilege to guide people on a path to loving and holding themselves with tender compassion.
A lifelong learner and teacher for over 30 years, Victoria Brattini enjoys teaching, inspiring and mentoring others. A science degree in Psychology set her on a teaching and counseling journey that has included work with teenagers, university students, and adults.
