We gather in the garden for the 1st New Moon Ceremony in 2026-focused on intention, receptivity, and grounded presence.
The New Moon supports beginning from stillness — offering space to listen inward and set clear intentions for what you’re ready to welcome.
✧ THE EXPERIENCE ✧
Upon arrival, we’ll open the space with a gentle smudging and blessing, creating a moment to settle the body, clear the field, and leave the day behind.
You’ll then be offered a cup of ceremonial cacao, shared as part of a simple heart-opening ritual aligned with the New Moon. Cacao supports relaxation, softens the nervous system, and helps you become more receptive and present.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation held outdoors, followed by an immersive sound healing session. Gong, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments support integration, balance, and deep rest.
We close with a sharing circle and a grounded closing of the space.

Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.
Marit is a multidimensional guide, ceremonial creatrix, and quantum business visionary. Her healing journey began over 18 years ago, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Choosing to walk a non-traditional path, she embraced plant-based nutrition, alternative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness—and began peeling away the layers of self-doubt and inherited conditioning. What she uncovered beneath it all was this: joy, truth, and power live within.
Since then, Marit has devoted herself to the art of self-initiation and soul-led leadership. She holds certifications in quantum energy healing, holistic facilitation, and sacred space design—and has guided hundreds of rituals, ceremonies, and coaching journeys both in-person and online.Marit’s genius lies in activating others to lead from the inside out—through frequency, coherence, and radical self-trust. Whether she’s guiding a cacao ceremony, mentoring spiritual entrepreneurs, or co-leading a sound journey with her husband David, her presence is a blend of fire and grace, strategy and spirit
