A New Leaf Initiative

Did you know that in 2020, suicide was the third leading cause of death for African Americans aged 15 to 24? Additionally, the death rate from suicide for African- American men in 2018 was four times greater than that for African-American women.

Big Hope Project is actively working to address this silent epidemic within the Black community.

We aim to save lives by providing on-site mental health advisors, live music, great food, a networking session, and a panel discussion on mental health.
