A New Chapter is an exclusive New Year pop-up dinner by Daylish, created to mark a moment of reflection, growth, and what’s ahead. This intimate evening brings together thoughtfully curated cuisine, meaningful conversation, and the people who make the Daylish experience what it is.
Guests will enjoy an intentionally curated 7-course dining experience in a refined, private setting specifically designed to feel warm, intentional, and welcoming. Throughout the evening, subtle moments of storytelling and shared connection will offer insight into the journey, values, and vision that shape our work in the past, present, and future.
