About this Event
Are you stuck in a self-sabotaging habit? Do you fixate on a particular negative story about yourself? Are limiting beliefs holding you back from reaching your fullest potential? Do you sometimes feel like its just too hard or too late, to change? It’s not you, it’s your brain.
Join us for an illuminating lecture from Neuroscientist Nicole Vignola, she will enable you to understand the neuroscience of why you are subconsciously programmed to repeat certain habits. You will also learn how you can do, or undo, any type of behaviour to become the person you want to be. The event will demystify the science of breaking bad habits and how to make good ones, the principles of neuroplasticity and leave you with some neurohacker methods for changing behavioural patterns.
We will be celebrating the launch of Nicole's groundbreaking new book which will be available for purchase on the night.
