At this dark time of the year we will work with Kali ~ the Goddess of Destruction, Death, Rebirth & Time.
We will explore the myth of Kali Ma with breathing work to get our inner fire burning, slow flowing movement & the Kali Ma mantra.
Session will end with Tea & Cake.
