Join us for a gentle, drop-in experience where we explore grounding practices, breathwork, and nervous system regulation tools to support emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner peace.
No experience needed. No pressure to share. Just a space to slow down, reconnect, and breathe.
Led by Kayden, a trauma-informed mentor who has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for years in her personal and professional healing practice.
