This workshop offers a supportive container to step back from the busyness of daily life and turn inward, nourishing resilience and presence.In this silent meditation workshop, we will practice continuous mindfulness through both sitting and walking meditation. Within this quiet space, we will explore the simple yet profound practice of placing clear intention—to meet each moment with awareness. From this ground, compassion and wisdom can naturally emerge.
This workshop will consist of guided and silent meditation with an opportunity for Q&A and discussion. It is suitable for beginners or more experienced meditators.
Teachers: Brian Lesage has practiced Buddhist meditation since 1988 and has taught meditation since 2000. He has studied in the Zen, Theravada and Tibetan schools of Buddhism. He leads workshops and teaches meditation courses nationwide.
Robin Craig brings her understanding of the physiology of resilience to her meditation teaching, and supports a joyful exploration of the deep spirituality and interconnection that is ours by nature. Robin is a Certified Meditation Teacher, and also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Organic Intelligence® Faculty member.
