Would you like to spend a relaxing weekend in a beautiful villa in the South of France, meditating, doing gentle yoga, walking in nature and being mindful?Come and spend a mindful weekend in our haven of peace in Fréjus on the French Riviera. Come and catch some Spring sun and give yourself the gift of true relaxation, in an idyllic setting.
During the weekend, you will have chance to explore various mindfulness practices:
- Guided meditations with our qualified mindfulness teacher
- Mindful movement (very gentle yoga - no experience necessary)
- Mindful walking (gentle) along the coastal trails and forest paths of the beautiful Côte d'Azur
- Mindful eating
- Free time for resting, reading, journaling, drawing, swimming, sunbathing etc.
- Silent periods and time for sharing
You will have access to our beautiful meditation room, and our zen garden with its refreshing swimming pool (not heated) surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and Balinese bed.
You will sleep in one of our lovely bedrooms, all with brand new beds and bedding, and modern bathroom.
"All-inclusive" (retreat + 2 nights' accommodation + all meals - vegetarian & organic):

"Self-catering" (retreat + 2 nights' accommodation; access to a small shared kitchen for preparing your own simple vegetarian meals):

"Retreat-only" (one day retreat on the Saturday; accommodation and meals not included)

The nearest airport is Nice and the nearest TGV train station is Saint Raphaël-Valescure. There are buses and trains from Nice airport.
The retreat will be in English, French or bilingual, depending on the languages spoken by the participants.
