As the seasons begin to change, take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself through a nourishing session of gentle movement and guided meditation—designed to support your well-being during the transition into fall.Our evening will include:
Grounding & Centering - We'll begin by grounding and centering, gently attuning to the energy of the space and settling into presence with ourselves and one another.
Gentle Mindful Movement - Then, we’ll move into a 25–30-minute mindful movement practice—soft, accessible, and intended to release what no longer serves us as we make space for the season ahead.
Next, a few minutes of calming breathwork will help to further ground the body and quiet the mind, preparing us for deep relaxation and reflection.
Guided Meditation - You'll then be invited to lie down or sit comfortably—supported by mats and props—as we move into a 25–30-minute guided meditation, rich in seasonal imagery and centered around self-care, release, and renewal for the coming fall.
Come as you are, with an open mind and comfortable clothing, and leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and renewed.
