Let's enjoy an evening together for a GREAT LOCAL CAUSE - Amherstburg's own Bryerswood Youth Camp who supports our community's youth through FUN outdoor experiences and activities.
Help Bryerswood Youth Camp make accessibility renovations at the camp by supporting this event so that all campers can participate fully.
This is a 19+ fundraising event in support of Bryerswood Youth Camp Optimist Club. Each ticket includes a choice of GL Heritage craft beer or hard seltzer and your choice of 5 dinner options from local food truck, Nat's Wraps & Apps. Choose your preferred meal option when you purchase your tickets. Non-alcoholic drinks and cash bar available for additional beverages.
Doors and bar taps open at 4 pm and a free-style meal service between 5pm and 8 pm. Hit up the food truck with your pre-purchased meal ticket and eat when you want during these times!
Enjoy live musical entertainment from 5-9pm by Don McArthur and Nancy Roy from popular local band, the River Rock Ramblers.
Tickets limited to 125. Get yours before they sell out.
Seating will be indoors, however if weather permits, the outdoor patio and cornhole sets will be available for your enjoyment!
Silent auction items will be available to view and bid on at the event. Winning bids will be announced near the end of the evening.

Bryerswood Youth Camp Optimist Club was established as a non-profit in Amherstburg, Ontario in 2018 and received its charitable status in 2019. BYCOC is a member of Optimist Club International and provides a safe space for outdoor educational experiences and structured programs designed to foster leadership, confidence, life skills, environmental stewardship and to increase self-esteem for the youth of Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.
Bryerswood Youth Camp is situated on 25 acres on Texas Road, in Amherstburg, and offers both residential and tent accommodations. The rental facilities are year-round and the property has two buildings, two cabins, and several tent sites, with four additional cabins coming soon.
