We begin our walk, and as we move deeper into the woods, notice how the light shifts. These are the Redwoods, the tallest trees in the world, and they are connected to the spiritual grid of Earth.

- Meet to the right of the ticket booth.
- I will teach you a very powerful technique to communicate with the forest.
- Bathroom break before we start the walk
- (2) hour walk through Muir Woods
Please bring the following:
- Water bottle, snacks ( there is a also a small café in Muir woods where you can buy food)
- Wear: tennis shoes or hiking boots
- Bring sweater and/or jacket (Layer your cloths since it will be cold)
- Bring a cell phone or watch
Meeting Place: On the right side of the Ticket booth, there are benches, we will be meeting there.
There is NO CELL Service in Muir Woods, so if you cannot make it please call or text me prior to 12pm.
Muir Woods Terrain:
We will be doing a lot of walking. The paths are uneven so please wear Closed shoes such as Tennis Shoes or Hiking boots. We will also walk up 1 small hill.
Parking:
