In this free, 8-week course, you will learn to: view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risk, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
Anyone who has fallen or is concerned about falling should attend. Those wanting to increase balance, strength, and flexibility, as well as those who have restricted activities due to fall risk, should also attend.
