In everyday life men often feel limited in their authentic being and are not able to fully express ourself. We have to behave, mind the neighbours and try not to offend anyone. This unexpressed energy is stored in the body. If not venting this energy, it will fester, grow and come out in an uncontrolled or even unhealthy way.
Not everybody is aware of their unexpressed emotions, energy, thoughts, and they are hidden in the shadows but everybody has them.
Becoming aware of your unexpressed energies, will teach you about yourself, turns your weaknesses into your superpowers. Expressing them will grow a man into maturity, finding your authentic self and healthy masculine.
A man’s journey is a journey into yourself supported by other men.
Bring comfortable clothes, a notebook and a water bottle.

Conditions:
If you want to cancel your sign up, 1 month before the event you can have a refund of ½ of the ticket price. Cancellations less than a month before the event, your ticket will be non refundable, but you can sell your ticket to someone else and please notify us if you do.
