Confirmation: No tickets are provided. An email confirmation will be sent for all payments received. Cancellation: All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after December 1st. Transferable: Transfers based on owners' approval with age-appropriate attendee. Rights: Must provide proper ID to attend. Owner reserves the right to turn away anyone not providing the proper valid ID or attire to attend. Inappropriate behaviour is unacceptable at any time. The event is for mature audiences only. Hotel Rooms: The hotel is currently offering a special rate for this event. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 12pm. A credit card is required to reserve a room. At check in, the hotel will hold an additional $75 per day for incidentals. This will be released upon check-out. Three or more per room will require an additional $20 per person fee. This is a NON-SMOKING hotel. Luxury by Design reserves the rights to utilize any photos taken and posted during the event. You agree that Luxury by Design is not held liable for any illness or injury that may be experienced during this event.
