It's summer, it's hot, and humid but a perfect opportunity to look forward to Fall y'all! We are planning the first Omaha/Lincoln MESBG tournament for September 21st. This will be a 500 point, 1.5 hour per round, 3-round event (Hold the Objective scenario, Maelstrom Scenario, and Unique Scenario). This happens to also be the weekend of Hobbit Day! And in honor of Bilbo and Frodo's Birthday (Sept 22) participants will open a small gift before the games begin with a one-use bonus that can be used once per tournament (what is a party without presents after all). These small bonuses may include a free point of might, fate, or a sudden surge of strength.
This is also going to be a minor event for the Great Plains Hobbit League (GPML).
