Cancellation terms: Cancellation for a themed event must be 4 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellation out with this time will result in a charge of the full payment. No show on the day of the event will result in full amount charged. Valid credit/debit card required to secure booking.
Dietary/accessibility requirements: Must be stated at time of booking to ensure the hotel can accommodate.
