We will be taking a sensuous journey to feel the connectedness and interwovenness of all the body’s systems, muscle, fascia, bone, lymphatics, blood vessels and the nervous system-All with a focus on creating a deep sense of the inner body, to access strength, core support, freedom of motion and a deeper sense of emotional harmony.
