From pineapple wine in Hawaii, to key lime wine in Florida, country wines traditionally showcases your favorite local fruits. Learn how to make wine from the fruit growing in your own backyard. Get tips on when to harvest your fruit at the perfect time, and use proven methods to getting the best flavor wine. This is a hands-on interactive class, and all students will take home a container of must to ferment into wine.
