Join The Friends of Wollongong City Library for a literary lunch with Susannah Fullerton!
We hope you can join us on Thursday 19 February to welcome Susannah to the Function Room on Level 9 of the Wollongong City Council administration building. Susannah is the President of the Jane Austen society for 30 years and recipient of an OAM for her service to literature.
Her latest book, Great Writers and the Cats Who Owned Them, explores how cats became the cherished muses of the biggest names in the literary scene, such as Dickens and Hemingway.
Books will be available for purchase at the event. If you would like to take part in the raffle, please bring along coins or notes.
Doors will open at 11.30am.
Tickets cost $35 for Friends of the Library members, or $40 for non-members.
