Welcome to A Line Meant: The Poetry WORDshop Series! As we celebrate the publication of the inaugural volume of the A Line Meant anthology during National Poetry Month, we will showcase voices from this collection AND encourage your new poems for the next edition.
Join us April Saturdays from 1:30 - 3pm at Niche Book Bar for writing series featuring the following ALM authors:

April 12 - Shelly Conley
April 19 - Cristina M.R. Norcross
April 26 - Destinny Fletcher
The was curated and edited by Dasha Kelly Hamilton, Wisconsin Poet Laureate and Milwaukee Poet Laureate Emerita. The anthology collection features 60 poets from across the state, from established poets to farmers, retirees, inmates, and more. Starting with single lines of existing poetry, participants not only crafted their own unique works, but also received a digital poetry exchange from other poets across the state. (Yes, you can still upload poems!)
Come back to April 30, the last day of National Poetry Month month, for an author signing and an open mic showcase of ALM poets and the poems created by YOU throughout the month! Hosted by Dasha Kelly Hamilton.
