A special theatrical screening of A Life Among Elephants in Beverly Hills!
The film chronicles the remarkable journey of Dr. Iain Douglas-Hamilton, the world's foremost elephant scientist, whose groundbreaking research and conservation efforts have shaped our understanding of these magnificent creatures for over six decades. Following successful screenings across Europe and the UK, the documentary has garnered rave reviews and multiple award nominations. The film has now won the DCEFF Flo Stone & Roger D. Stone Award for Outstanding Artistry in Filmmaking for 2025.
Join Saba Douglas-Hamilton, CEO Frank Pope, Coexistence Director Dr. Lucy King, and members of the Save the Elephants team for a presentation after the screening. Doors open at 7:00pm, and the screening will begin at 7:30pm.
Your admission ticket includes a free medium popcorn and a small soda (free refills) or water.
Please note: you will not need to bring a print-out of your ticket to access the event.
There are some clips from the elephant poaching crisis that might not be suitable for young or sensitive children. Viewer discretion advised.
