Ready to take your yin yoga to the next level? Go a layer deeper with Deanna Nagle, E-RYT® 500 and discover there is much more beyond the postures. Each weekend, we will dive into the meridian pairs of Chinese Medicine as they relate to yin yoga. In this training, you will learn yin poses and adaptations/modifications, sequencing, counter poses, the emotional aspects of the organ bodies as related to Chinese Medicine, yin/yang theory, discovering your own imbalances, how yin yoga relates to the seasons, acupressure points, wall yin and much more!Open to both teachers and students who wish to deepen their yin practice.
