Kat Pearson - A LADY SINGS THE BLUES
Kat Pearson originally from America’s West Coast, now lives in London.
Kat has a career spanning over 20 years. She has shared the stage with some of the great names of blues, including from the Blues Hall of Fame, Mud Morganfield (the eldest son of Muddy Waters), Jimmy Read, Chris Jagger (brother of Rolling Stone Mick), to name just a few.
Kat is both a singer and TV presenter. She has performed over the years on numerous television shows and ‘POP’ promos, including Top of The Pops, Thank God it’s Friday, Richard and Judy, the Jonathan Ross Show. Kat was signed by Columbia Records, which led to a standing ovation at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
Her appearances include Shepherd’s Bush Empire, The Forum, Ronnie Scott’s, and The Jazz Café. During Covid lockdown she presented her own online TV Show, Live Talking Blues.
Kat’s albums. ‘I Kat the Blues’, and ‘Blues is the New Cool’ got rave reviews on both sides of the Atlantic.
Kat Pearson’s cabaret show ‘A Lady Sings the Blues’ features some of the very best of the blues, plus some interesting ‘showbiz’ stories. Kat’s excellent band includes the renowned Italian guitarist, Francesco Accurso.
This will be an evening to remember.
