Silent Presence Workshop – with Jenny Brookes
We begin with a gentle workshop in silence, inviting you to arrive fully into the present moment.
In the stillness, you will reconnect with your inner self, cultivate deeper clarity, enhance creativity, reduce mental chatter, and expand your awareness.
Silence becomes a doorway to living more authentically, with calm and renewed purpose.
Breathwork & Yoga Movement – with Sahara Alexandra
Through guided breath and embodied movement, you’ll be led on a journey to cleanse and awaken your chakra energy centres.
This practice supports emotional release, improved energy flow, increased vitality, stress relief, and a deeper connection to body and spirit.
Feel your system reset as you unlock a more balanced and energised state of being.
Sacred Sound Journey – with Lorraine & Kristian
To close the day, surrender to a profoundly healing soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, drums, and sacred instruments. Infused with Reiki energy, this sound journey promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment. Allow yourself to be bathed in vibration, restoring balance and grounding you in peace.
