This two-hour gathering creates the space for you to experience how integrative practices enhance overall wellbeing, incorporating self-care practices to support your greater divine.

Offering yoga and energy supports for over 20 years, Cara integrates her knowledge and practical experience to create spaces that support each participant. Yoga and energy studies include philosophies, physiology, human anatomy, energy anatomy, biomechanics, posture, physical assessment, teaching methodology, ayurveda, fascial theory, chakra balancing, meditation.
