Part 1 of a 4-part Shamanic Yoga Series- West
Not your average yoga class!
Awaken the spirit of the Bear as we weave yoga, breathwork, mantra, and reiki into a shamanic journey of transformation.
Drawing on indigenous wisdom, we’ll embody practices from yin and kundalini yoga to activate our body, voice, and life force energy. Each session guides you through one of the four directions, beginning with the grounding strength of the Bear in the West, and ends with reiki healing from seasoned practitioners.
Together, we’ll honor the nations and wisdom keepers who’ve carried these gifts throughout time so that we can dance with the timeless truths of these sacred heritages.
This immersive experience blends:
-Breathwork to regulate, energize, and expand.
-Creative movement + yin/yang yoga to balance stillness and flow.
-Sacred sound & mantra to awaken the heart and uplift the spirit.
-Deep healing rest in extended savasana, infused with reiki, live drumming, and vocal medicine.
Together, these elements create a shamanic yoga journey that honors the earth, channels and celebrates indigenous wisdom traditions, and invites you into expanded awareness and connection.
