In this 4 Hour Intensive Workshop we will learn:

- How to Balance the Chakras through Meditation/Visualization, Chanting, Lifestyle Hacks and Affirmations, Food, Crystals and Sound.
Using the power of sound therapy, Qigong, Somatic Movement and Aromatherapy we will open, clear and balance our chakras, as we will take a journey through our chakra systems.
