A Journey of Flight dancer Jorja Follina will run a workshop where she shares her contemporary dance practice with adults and young people (ages 14+).This engaging movement class will focus on warming up the body and moving through a range of contemporary techniques, offering participants the chance to experience the artistry and physicality behind the performance.
No previous dance experience is required - just wear comfortable clothing and be ready to move.
