The trainer
Sabine Kerber
Sabine is a yoga teacher (RYT-500) and experienced flexibility coach based in Frankfurt, Germany. Each class with her is an invitation to explore your body and mind through dynamic and creative flows and sessions that balance strength and flexibility. Her classes are designed to be accessible to all levels of practitioners by offering a variety of modifications and alternatives that allow beginners to advanced practitioners to fully and safely engage in their practice.
Sabine teaches because she wants to help others discover their potential and support them in finding their own individual path. She offers classes and programmes that go beyond physical exercise - they are opportunities to reconnect with yourself, push boundaries and cultivate inner confidence.
Having embraced yoga as a transformative practice, Sabine understands its power to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
