This breathwork experience is designed to help you reset your system, deeply reconnect with your body, and leave with a sense of clarity and calm. Together, we’ll drop in with the breath and create space for peace and insight to emerge.

✨trauma-informed: we’re being gentle while still going deep, but this isn’t about pushing past your limits or “getting high” with super intense breathing (although you might expereince an altered sense of reality). It's about honoring what's right for your body on that day, and trusting that you'll recieve exactly what you need to from the experience.

✨intuitive: a playlist that’s carefully crafted to guide the experience, hands-on energy healing (with consent ofc) during, and with Nicole connected to you and guiding you through every step of the way

✨intentional: held in a thoughtfully created space that allows you to feel safe, seen, and supported
