This talk will highlight some of the key moments in the journey of Dr Jessica Boland from school to her current position as a senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Manchester. She will consider some of the new developments in the use of terahertz radiation and how this is paving the way for the next generation of nanotechnology.
Refreshments will be provided as well as entry to a free raffle that will be drawn at the end of the evening.
